Sunday Morning Child Care

East Union Community Center’s cheery toddler playroom offers a cozy space to play during our Contemporary Worship service at 8:30 a.m.  During our Traditional Worship at 11:00 a.m., volunteers provide safe, caring supervision for infants through age 3 in our nursery.

Children’s Worship

Our innovative weekly service for children 4 years old through the 6th grade is lead by Rev. Jo Ramsey with help from volunteers.  Featuring music, activities, snacks & crafts, Children’s Worship is held during our Traditional Worship Service at 11 a.m. following our “Children’s Chat.”

Kaleidascope Kids

“A Rainbow of young voices shining with God’s Light”

Our vibrant children’s choir is adding colorful hand bells to our repertoire!  The children practice each week between Sunday School and Traditional worship & share an anthem once-per-month.

For Middlers & Teens . . .

Jr. – Sr. High Youth Group

Our popular Youth Group meets every Sunday evening, often drawing over 25 teens.  The kids play games, explore issues of life & faith, reach out to serve and build awesome friendships!  Led by Pastor Barb Kennedy, the Youth Group meets in their own space filled with couches, an air-hockey table, and cool murals.  The group welcomes kids in 6th – 12th grades.

Popcorn & A Movie

Popcorn, pajamas and a popular kids’ movie – what a better way to spend a night out with your family --- and it’s free!  We gather at 7:00 p.m. in the East Union Community Center on the first Friday of every month during the school year.

Watch for movie titles on our web site:
www.EastUnionChurch.org and in school handouts

Dinner Out

Laugh, relax & connect while someone else cooks!  One weeks night each month, we get together at a local restaurant to enjoy great fun and conversation with our church friends.

Fall Family Mission Retreats

Join us at Camp Crestfield for occasional weekends of fun, fellowship and work as we help maintain this terrific camp.  A small fee covers meals & activities.  Accommodations are free.
